Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia C-373/16.
El peticionario adujo que la Corte al proferir la providencia de la referencia, violó la Constitución Política.
A su juicio, la Sala Plena omitió pronunciarse sobre el contenido de los artículos 113 y 123 Superiores y, por ende, protegió de manera “injusta e inconstitucional” a los servidores públicos y órganos de la Rama Judicial.
Teniendo en cuenta que la petición de nulidad fue formulada de manera evidentemente extemporánea y que tampoco cumple con el requisito de legitimidad, puesto que el memorialista no participó como demandante o interviniente en el proceso de la referencia, se RECHAZA de plano.
